Am I applying to a job, or to the Accelerator?
You’re applying to the Accelerator, not just a job. At Summit Labs, we’ve built a model where you get paired with a fast-growing startup (like Inbound Revenue), earn a full salary, and join a multi-year leadership track designed to help you grow personally, spiritually, and professionally. So while you’ll work in a full-time role, what you’re joining is a community and a process - not just clocking into a 9–5.
How long does the Accelerator last?
The Accelerator isn’t a short-term program with a set end date - it’s built as a multi-year journey. The focus is growth both in responsibility and leadership within your startup role while being poured into through discipleship, coaching, and community. It’s not about checking a box, it’s about long-term transformation, both in your work and in your walk with Jesus.
Does Summit Labs have multiple roles it's looking to fill?
Summit Labs focuses on filling specific roles with partner startups - so at any given time, what's posted here on the site will be what we're looking for. So while we’re not always hiring for a bunch of roles at once, we are always on the lookout for the right people to bring into the Accelerator. If someone’s a great fit, we’ll do our best to find or create the right opportunity for them over time.

We’re looking for someone who’s on fire for Jesus, serious about personal growth, and wired to build. You should be tech-savvy—comfortable in tools like N8N, Airtable, and OpenAI - and hungry to keep learning. Beyond skills, we care about mindset: humility, grit, ownership, and a heart to serve.
